My husband and I were talking about this issue the other day.
His point of view is that a witch cannot cast an effective spell on another person unless that person is willingly surrendering their free will. Otherwise we dont truly have free will.
While I understand his point and I agree with him to a point. In my opinion though we can cast an effective spell against or on another person because we are all effected by others, our past, our fears and hopes and often we dont even realize that we are being effected. How many times have we done something or been attracted to someone and later on ask ourselves "What in the world was I thinking?"
I am curious to see what others think about this question?
(I always get effected and affected confused, so if I have used the wrong word here, I apologize but I think my meaning is clear.)
